For sellers, I want you to be able to look back in 5 or 10 years and still feel like you got the best price and terms for your home. And for all my clients, my goal is always to hear and honor your point of view and your needs and goals, and do my very best to help you achieve them.
I pride myself on my market experience and insight, but I will not try to hang onto you if your search takes you into areas that I am not expert in. It does not serve you well if I cannot advise you well on neighborhoods or offers. Chances are I can partner with another REALTOR® at Corcoran Icon Properties who is an expert in those areas.
I am truly committed to you not only through the home search, but especially through the escrow process. There are a lot of moving parts and risks and decision points, and I am there to make sure you understand and can make informed decisions every step of the way.
And after the sale is complete, I am still there for you. Buyers often have many questions after closing on a home: how do you find the right contractor? do you talk to the city or the county about permits and planning? why did you just get a government document in the mail? what’s my house worth now (5 years after the purchase)?
